From April 2024 your Hartmann packaging will come in a versatile range of new colours to help your eggs stand out on the shelf. Some are old favourites – our customers would never forgive us if we got rid of them –some have been tweaked, and some are brand-new.
But the best thing about the new colour portfolio is that it offers each and every egg brand a colour that suits them perfectly – in a wider selection of egg carton sizes and models.
What if you don’t want coloured cartons? Well, fear not, because our most popular shade “20 Stone Grey” will always be available in all sizes and models. And “00 White” is also available as usual.
For everyone else you can choose from 12 amazing colours in the Imagic2® range, 8 colours in imagic® egg cartons and our Plus PacksTM come in 6 colours.
The new colour scheme is being introduced to enable Hartmann to react to changes in the raw material market and work with a wider variation in paper qualities.
Across Europe, we’re seeing more and more cardboard in the mix and less newspaper. Introducing our new colour range will also enable us to deliver stable colours also going forward. At the same time, we’ve taken the opportunity to produce our new colours in a more environmentally friendly way.
Even though the colours are new, egg packs from Hartmann always stand for quality and a high standard of egg protection. All Hartmann cartons will always be produced and tested to the trusted quality standards we use today.
In years to come, the quality of raw material is likely to deteriorate further, but we mitigate that by constantly evolving and developing our pulp process. Which means you’ll always be able to rely on Hartmann for attractive and high-quality products. If you’d like to know more, please get in touch with your sales contact or see our webpage and check our data sheets for colour availability in your egg carton models.
