"As a Logistics Executive at Hartmann Malaysia, I oversee the planning, coordination, and monitoring of goods movement both within the factory and to external vendors. My job includes ensuring on-time deliveries, managing transportation and inventory, and keeping supply chain operations smooth and cost-effective - always in line with safety standards and company policies.
What I truly appreciate about Hartmann is the friendly working environment. I feel at home here, surrounded by a team that supports and uplifts each other - especially during tough times.
Sustainability is part of my daily routine. I’ve implemented a paperless documentation process for courier shipments, helping reduce waste, save costs, and improve efficiency.
A standout memory was when I was recognised in 2016 for a cost-saving project - the company treated my family to a luxury meal. That personal gesture meant a lot and showed how much Hartmann values its people.”
