What makes Hartmann special for me is the continuous learning environment and the strong support from management. Sustainability is at the core of what we do - it's about reducing waste, maximizing material use, and thinking long-term.
One of the highlights of my time here was launching our new eco-friendly packaging. It was a proud moment, especially because it involved cutting-edge technology and close teamwork across departments.
