THORNICO Awards
Our colleagues make the difference
We are proud to announce that our local winners of the Thornico Awards have now been selected.
Across Hartmann, a total of 99 nominations were submitted from colleagues around the world â an impressive result, especially as this is our first time participating. Thank you to everyone who took the time to nominate and recognize great work across our organization.
đ This yearâs winners
Idea Award â Claus JĂžrgensen, Development Engineer, Denmark
Claus thought outside the box by applying a proven solution from another industry to Hartmann with strong results. By rethinking product handling in our production process, he has significantly improved output and efficiency. The approach has been successfully implemented across multiple sites and delivers clear, measurable business value.
Karma Award â Kitti NĂ©meth, Training and development specialist, Hungary
Kitti strengthens community and collaboration across the organization through both digital and offline initiatives. She has built an active, company-wide cycling community, organized step challenges, and driven engagement around initiatives like Car-Free Dayâbringing colleagues together across teams and locations. Her efforts make a meaningful difference to both wellbeing and teamwork.
Synergy Award â Jared Bentum, Project Manager, Canada & Klaus Bysted, Director of Operations, Denmark
Jared and Klaus turned project challenges into success by rethinking collaboration from the ground up. They redefined how delivery projects from Hartmann Technology to the factories are planned and executed, through a higher level of involvement, structure, and persistence. Their work is a clear example of how true collaboration drives synergies and results.
đ Celebrating across the world
The winners have been celebrated locally across our offices and factories worldwide.
Whatâs next?
The three winners will now move forward to the global Thornico Awards, where winners from across all Thornico companies will be selected.
We look forward to following their journey â and to the next round of nominations in two years, where we once again will have the opportunity to recognize outstanding colleagues.
Congratulations to all nominees and winners!
